HYDRAULIC CNC TURRET PUNCHING MACHINE
The driving system of the Y30 series CNC turret punch machine is hydraulic, with low noise, high speed, and high efficiency, and the thickness of the punching plate is 6mm. The design of high precision and high repetitive positioning accuracy enables the machine to produce more high-precision parts than other similar machines.
1. Adopts the hydraulic system of the first class, whose stroke and speed are changed digitally. the max. punch hit can be reached 600hpm, and that at 25mm pace can be up to 350hpm.
2. The large lead ball screw and linear guideway of high precision are equipped for driving.
3. The first-class CNC system with digital AC servo motor ensures precision.
4. The imported pneumatic, hydraulic and electric components ensure the perfect quality.
5. The turret with bushing is processed in pairs to make sure the coaxial of the punch and die, so the service life of the tooling together with the turret is largely extended.
6. After the advanced process and heat treatment, the service life of the tooling has been extended to a large extent.
adopting worm-wheel and worm mechanism of high precision. the auto-index, whose max. diameter is 88.9mm, can be extended.
7. Central lubrication unit reduces the friction between each working pairs to extend the machine service life.
8. Flexible configuration with long or short tooling can be selected according to the customer's requirement.
The integrated structure of beam and carriage enhances the rigidity and precision, which is especially suitable for VT-500,600and 800.
